Subject: Aerobars - pads that rotate?
I have a 2008 Quintana Roo Kilo with Vision TT clipon aero bars.  I have relatively wide shoulders and it's uncomfortable for me to squeeze into the aerobars for more than a few minutes at a time.  When I look down, my forearm alignment is at an angle to the axis of the bike, whereas the pads only accomodate forearms being parallel to the axis.  I don't want move the bars farther apart, because then the pads hang out over the pursuit bars.  Unless somebody has a suggestion, I would guess I want aerobars whose pads can rotate.  The Vision bars do not seem to accomodate this.  Does anybody know of aerobars that have pads that can rotate?  Thanks!

My Profile Aerostrykes (older model) have pads that flip up and allow you access to the handlebar. They are spring loaded. When you get into them, your weight holds them down. As soon as you sit up, they flip up.
Would this help?
