Subject: SwiMP3 shorting out?

Anyone else had their swmip3 short out on one side?  The right "speaker"  is all scratchy and staticky.   Almost sounds like water got in there but isn't the whole point of this that its waterprrof? I've probably used it a total of 10 times.

Not sure what the problem might be but after talking to a friend at the pool he said to send the player directly to Finis if your having trouble getting it replaced.  He tried to return it to the US distributor but they weren't very helpful.  He decided to send it directly to Finis and they replaced it with no questions asked and also included a free set of goggles.

x2 on contacting Finis. Some manufacturers will bend over backwards to make it right.

This is such a cool product. I just got mine a few weeks ago and my swim workouts are so much more enjoyable that I am pushing myself harder.
