Subject: Garmin 310XT Upload
Mike,

I am trying to upload data from my new forerunner 310XT. I am using Communicator 2.6.2. The device is being found and I can select the "get data" link. It says "transfer complete" (even though the transfer status bar never changed to blue) but I don't get the option to upload the data. I am not sure if you are aware of any issues. I can't get you more information if necessary.

It's most likely due to the version of Communicator you're using, I don't think the 310XT is compatible with 2.6.2. Upgrade to 2.7.1 and try it.
