Comments:

Lousy race, uncomfortable the entire run. Course was very hilly, and I struggled. Weather could not have been much worse: 30km winds, 1C, rain and wet snow.

Dissapointing performance- I was hopping for <23 min but that was unrealistic for this course in these conditions. Now I know what to expect!

whoa, you came all the way up to parry sound and were rewarded by that weather! sucks!

that was my first race of any sort and in the few weeks leading up to it i was running in nice 15+ degree weather in shorts & tshirt (i live just south of parry sound).

youre probly wondering why you are getting a response to this post now - i just discovered this site a few days ago and did a search on the site for parry sound and all i found was your race reports - sounds like you had an awesome tri last year!

i am entering some tris this year here and your report on the tri was great. Are you coming back this year? Threre are 3 tris this summer here, 2 by bialkowski and the one you were in last year too.
