OK, I've looked and looked and looked and looked, and I still can't figure out how to enter "Planned Training." I found a thread that show's me how to input my next race, but I am at a loss to post my workouts for the day or week. Who can help please?
just 'hover' over the toolbar...blog, calendar, etc...a little hover box appears with 'actual' and 'planned' links...planned will take you to the planned part of the log.
everything will stick to planned unless you go back and click on 'actual' with the hover feature...
