My stick of Body Glide is about done.  It's the only stuff I've ever used.  It seems to do the trick ok but is there anything better out there that I should look into?

TMI ALERT!
I use it on inner thighs (run) and booty (bike).  Never needed it anywhere else.  My longest race to date has been an Olympic....got a HIM scheduled for Oct.  I wear socks for bike and run (for now)...got nasty blisters when I tried to run w/o.

If it's not broken don't fix itLaughing I've used a lot of different things, But body glide seems to work the best. I go through loads of it.  If i was you I would just stick with it.

I've never needed anything but good old body glide, although for whatever reason I do use a separate stick for my thighs and... uh.... chamois region.

I sweat body glide off way to quickly. I've tried most things out there and have found Assos Cream to be best for me. Might cost a bit more but it does work.
