I would guess that since your intensity in the distance will not be near the top end that you could prepare adequately by doing some 150-180 bikes, probably get yourself ready for the run by getting to where you are able to do a 26-30 mile run and recover and swimming, well, i am not a swimmer but would guess if you are strong enough there say around a 2 hour swim or so would be adequate as far as peaking. Its going to be about being efficient vs hammering out the paces on race day. Methinks sprinkle in a steady diet of 2.5-3 hour rides on the weekdays and 90-120 minute runs. I am just guessing here, but this is probably how I would proceed. |
