I'm literally sittng back and watching myself putting on weight. Of course you are eating. It feels good, it comforts you, and you are going through a very stressful time right now (this is my exact pattern... ) You need to sit down and think out some things that make you feel as good as food and then do those things instead of eating. Some of mine, hot shower, going someplace with a view (the ocean is especially good for me ) - do some things for yourself that way - it will help. Food is easy, which is probably why you're turning to it. As for walking - getting started is the hardest part. Make it easier. Maybe just plan a 1 minute walk - sometimes for me, just getting started and having some movement really really helps me feel better. |
