What a nice run. This was one of my best race pace runs and I still was slower than 3/4 of my age group. Wow - I guess these guys are not playing around.

I felt good hammering away on the bike.
The interesting thing was the booming noises that sounded like cannons or gunshots. Apparently that is how the farmers scare away the birsd from the grapes.
