I really liked doing the sprint there this year and will most certainly add the international Distance to my race list next year.  As well, I have several friends that live at the lake.  It's a nice place with great people!

They are adding an International distance race as well?  Where did you find this out?  I checked out the website but didn't see any information?  If it's true, that's great news!

Go to Facebook, in the search field upper right type in set up events.  Once their page come up click on it to open.  Just below the intro your will see, recent news, there is notes about this new event.  I also went to the web site and could not find it there.  But is is on their Facebook page.

I looks like it is the current ISO International Dist Club Wars race on Sept 13th that they are going to incorporate into the NCTS schedule next year. It is listed under other events at the moment, same as B2B.
I think last year was its 1st running and this year it is scheduled for Sept 13th. it is a:

1500m
45km
10km

I am thinking about doing it in September.

If God graces me with more time, I will certainly plan to race this one.

Oh awesome!  I do see it now.  That would be great!  The White Lake Tri's in May are always a blast so I am assuming this one would be as well!  And an international distance is perfect!  Not sure if it fits into my race schedule but definately will be one I will consider in the future!  Set Up Event races are always great! Sounds like a good goal for me.  And it's on my birthday, too!

I have done the Azalea Sprint and the White Lake Sprint this year and was wanting to make this Olympic Distance my next goal...so I was checking it out and noticed that the cut off time is 4 hours...but even the slowest finishers were done in 3-3.5 hours.

At this point right now...I am looking at cutting it close with 4 hours...I wonder if I should look for a different Olympic Distance down the road?

I think this venue would be your best bet since it's flat as flat can get, thus fast!  The highest hill I saw was an ant hill when doing the Sprint.
