This is my biggest obstacle to training, and I have just begun.  I am 5'4' and have a 36D/ DD chest.  I typically wear a size 8 or 10 but had to buy a swimming suit top in the Women's just to accomodate an abundance on top.  I currently wear  a Hind sports bra, but doubt this will work under my swimsuit in my first tri in September.  Any suggestions and advice would appreciated.

I've tried so many bras, combos of bras, multiple bras etc etc..... recently I discovered a product called Tytenz which is basically a fabric strap that attaches with velcro, that you put across the top of your 'girls' and around the back where your band goes.  It keeps them from bouncing up.  I wore it for my half marathon last weekend as was so comfortable--I couldn't believe the difference.  I only had one problem, which was some rubbing from the velcro, so I moved it to a different location and it didn't bug me the next time I wore it.  Website: www.tytenz.com

I don't have this trouble on top, but friends who do have used : http://www.titlenine.com/  (check out 'the last resort bra') and sometimes http://www.terrybicycles.com/ both are sportswear companies run by women for women.

I'm a 36D myself and have found this bra/tri top to work best for me by far:

I wear the Moving Comfort Maia bra under my tri suit and love it!  It dires super quickly and provides really good 38DD support.

I am the same size and have comfortably worn the Moving Comfort Fiona for a couple of years.  For my only two tris so far (oly and HIM) I wore one under a zoot tri top.  Worked great!
