As was said already, it's a great time if it's better than you could have done before. I would be thrilled with that time personally. This AM I had my best run to date, at exactly a 10 minute/mile pace. In late Feb, I was around a 16 minute/mile pace. Congrats on your best run to date! Yeah my increases are have been fairly small. I just go a couple blocks more in a week if the week before I felt comfortable with the distance, next week the the weather is said to be 97 degrees all week so its going to be hard to try to increase in that heat. I may not, well see how I feel. |
