Oh no Sal!   And this was your race!  Well, at least it's going to be a crappy day, so there's that.



I.AM.AN.IDIOT.

Actually it was a 'B' race along with Lifetime (which I REALLY enjoyed).  Swim was cut in half, and part of the race might be in the rain tomorrow, so I wasn't totally crushed.  'A' race was Liberty...which I still haven't figured out (nutrition).  Liberty will continue to be my 'A' race until I sign up for an Ironman of course.

I WILL be registering for Whistlestop this weekend and maybe a duathlon to replace Turtleman.

Any suggestions?


Head out to Wisconsin for the weekend of the 12/13 and volunteer!!!!  get some swimming and biking in on Sat!  Enjoy the IM Atmosphere!!! 


The temptation to sign up for IMOO 2010 would be TOO great. I am a weak man.

Great suggestion, though...can you GUARANTEE good weather?


So am I... thus the reason I am racing IMOO this year!!!!   lol
