Subject: Now what?I'm into the last of a training program to prepare for a 1/2 Iron Man. The event is Sunday and we're in the taper week. I feel great, got through the whole program (which we stuck to religiously ) and am ready to go. I'm also entered in another event that takes place in late August. My question is what kind of training program do I go on for the month between events? The August event is an Olympic distance. Thanks! |
