blog printing and viewing.

y'all prolly see it.  the little dropdown under the minicalendar.

it will defualt to 'descending' for all the bloggers but for printing, especially imported plans and archives, you can print a month's worth of stuff and in a ascending order.

me hopes it will make things a little easier - and i think this was based from a few user comments...so thanx to them.
