Swimming in the salt water with a wetsuit felt like being a rubber ducky! All i had to do was move my arms/rotate. My googles didn't leak or fog up, and I was able to see the bouys pretty much the whole course. The taste of salt water did eventually make me want to gag, but besides that I got a very good impression on ocean swimming. I could see the bottom almost the whole time. So much better than tempe town lake.

better lube up my neck to avoid chafing. Also, a sleeveless wet suit would have been nice. And I should have brought water down to the beach to drink before my wave.

Carry more gu's. i dropped my 3rd gu before i got it in my mouth. Also, know thy course, but they didn't exactly provide us with maps.

Would have helped to have something to drink at this transition... (Gatorade)

I really need to work on having endurance for this part of the run. All I could give it was run 3-4 min, walk 1... I was exhausted.

Maybe loosen up more on the bike...

Novice ability on the bike and swim - not enough energy for the run.
