Subject: training plan w/ skd OLYFollowing one of the OLY training plans, 28 week I think. I scheduled it to include an OLY this weekend and another 9/20. The training log on Tuesday stated "This is the first week of taper for the first A race. Lots of workouts, but low volume." Today was a 60 minute spin. However the next 4 days concern me. Thursday: 40 min run. Friday: 60 min swim Saturday: 45 min swim/120 min ride brick Sunday: 75 min tempo run The OLY is Sunday. This is a taper? Comments/suggestions please on a reasonable taper.
