was camping at Myles Standish, so left campground to goto race. unusual to be camping before a race

ran pretty weel (for me) considering I have not been doing much running lately. Was a good tune-up race for Falmouth 7.1 miles in 2 weeks

Warm down:

walked around a good deal with Sean (friend know from work and Colonial). good to walk (probably a mile in total) around to loosen up muscles afterwards
