Subject: RE: Women Tri Bike Saddles - Recommendations?Just to be a "devil's advocate" here...I also, rode the Cobb V-Flow Plus saddle for about 300 miles (maybe not enough of a test ), and I could NOT wait to get that torture device off of my bike. I switched back to my Terry Butterfly Tri Gel saddle, and I'm happy for now.
What bothered me with the Cobb saddle, was primarily my sit bones. For some reason, that saddle just did not agree with my rear end. The other parts (lady parts ) were fine with it, but I could not tolerate the pain I felt in my sit bones on that saddle. I don't know if it was too wide, or not wide enough...but something wasn't working there, so off it came.
I hope you have better luck with it than I did. The 180-day guarantee is awesome, though and should give you enough time to determine if it will work for you. |
