My new Vector ProX2 John arrived, but when I opened it, I found two -- 2 -- fingernail gouges in the back of the right calf. I'm not talking thin, tiny nips, but full gouges that actually went down to the red liner. Obviously, someone had already returned this one.
Marked on the Xterra invoice was the ominous warning: "You were shipped a wetsuit that was in 'Brand New' condition... We cannot accept ANY returns that have tears or damages to the rubber."
But I contacted Xterra, explained that it was clear I had not been shipped a perfect wetsuit, and without any hesitation, Xterra said send it back. And then apologized for the mistake!
Maybe it's all the caffeine I've been drinking today, but I haven't had such quick, easy, pleasant customer service in a long time.
