Subject: Hope to feel good about the run somedayHello fellow tri buddies Coming off my first half-iron a couple of weeks ago and it looks like my pace for the run is set for long distance racing (9 min mile ) I'd love to hear how others made this transition or any tips available to help speed up my race pace Had a decent bike at roughly 21.5 mph for 11 miles but then got passed by just about everybody in the final 5K run Just missed 3rd place for the Clydesdale division - gonna train harder and hope to bring home a trophy someday so the old man (45 ) can contribute to the kids trophy cabinet Thanks  |
