Hey there,
I was just wondering if anybody else is doing this race this weekend? I am wondering if there will be many athletes? Has anyone done this course before and can give me any pointers?

Hilly course! It'll be a fast one too as Provincial Championships are happening on the same course at the same time.

I will be there, but for the tri-a-tri... its going on at the ame time.  I wonder how that is going to work?
