Master 1585 Folsom (Sacramento), CA | Subject: RE: Who is racing this weedend? GET IT ON! I'm running my first try ever tomorrow. Tri-4-fun #3 in Rancho Seco, CA. 1/2 mile swim, 16 bike, and 3.1 run. I definitely feel under trained so the run should be a lesson in suffering. |

I have not put in nearly the bike time I should have, and so I hope to at least match last year's times. But I got a co-worker into it as well, as well as one of mrs gearboy's co-workers, so it's a party! |
