Subject: Road Bike vs. Tri Bike
Does any one have any thought on this subject. I am currently riding a Raleigh Cadent FT1 what Raleigh call a High Performance Hybrid. Basically their mid level road frame with striaght bars. Over the winter months I am planning on upgrading to either a road bike or tri bike. My first sprint Tri is scheduled for mid summer next year. My budget is in the $1500 to $2000 range but it is likely that the bike I get in the off season will be it for a considerable time to come.

I was jsut looking at that one yesterday, it rode up in the crotch a little so i told the guy i wasnt interested
