I have a 2 hour swim in the Donka but can pledge an hour or two biking if you want company depending on your route.  Wrestlin HoNB the next day.

you should delay for a couple days and then do Race the Lake. It's almost a century.

I will be up in Eagle river all weekend so i am trying to get my long ride done so that I don't have to pa tons of gear up for the trip.

It is possible to meet up with joe for a HoNB loop too though.
