Subject: Feel Like CrapAbout a week and a half ago, I injured the tendons around my ankle, and got put out of training for a little while. Due to the pain, and feeling down, I didn't feel like eating much, eating about 1300-1500 calories a day, when my BMR is around 2000. I am now about ready to start training again, and have increased my intake to 2000 calories, but am still feeling like crap after 3 days. Is this normal? do I have to up my intake even more? or wait more then three days? Any advice would be apprieciated, as I want to get back into training as soon a possible. |
