Not always illegal...check the specific race rules.

You don't want to hear from me about their use save for on a treadmill or where your inability to hear what's going on around you doesn't make you a hazard to others...

http://www.ledokolmp3search.com/ Russian direct download site, not torrents no uploading much harder to get caught. It does cost you about 9 cents a song tho. It is of course illegal tho so u have that to contend with. Have to put $50 minimum credit on there. I spent that pretty quick just incase the site gets pulled.

I get mine all from iTunes.  Yea I know that is boring but it is  safe and you don't have to worry about viruses.

A Zune is where it is at man.  For $15 a month I can download darn near anything.  I don't "own" it but can listen to it for as long as I keep my membership.  And with that I do get 10 free songs a month.  I totally love it.  They have these Channels that you can subscribe to as well, such as Billboard Hits, a Running music channel, etc etc.  Music changes about once a week.  It's awesome.

Try podrunner.com! He puts the mixes on itunes and you can also just subscribe to his podcasts there or get it in an email weekly. They're put together my beats per minute. All free and he accepts donations and/or you can buy t-shirts and water bottles to support him. I love the podrunner mixes!

or you could just spend 99 cents per song on amazon and get DRM free mp3's and not worry about getting caught.

just be careful, you don't hear about it in the news much any more, but I contract for a small cable ISO (maybe 1000-2000 customers), and they have been seeing several 'cease and desist' orders a month. So they are still cracking down, they just are quiet about it and wait until they can really nail you to the wall before making a move.
