track workout at 6:15 PM @ Frank Lloyd Wright Middle School Track (92nd and Cleveland in the heart of the mean streets o'stally).  the menu will contain a bunch of intervals and also some hillybilly's!!!  All are welcome to attend and partake in the festivities or just show up and do your own thing!!!
