Subject: Kinesiology Tape?
Has anyone ever used Kinesiology tape, and if so- for what? I'm experiencing pain above my knees and lower back, but not finding instructions on how to apply for my specific knee problem.

Yes, but for a specific problem.   Separated my shoulder last year, the K tape replaced the ligaments that I destroyed and held my shoulder up.   Are you figuring out how to use it yourself?  I've only had ART guys and physios apply it (or tell me how to do so)

I went to a running store and they showed me where I should put it. I bought the tape and it comes with instructions and there are videos on their website that tell me to apply it the same way. I tried it last night just around the house doing chores and it seemed to feel like it supported my knee pretty good.

You can get it at The Sports Authority.

I got mine at Sports Authority, but their webiste says that Target carries it as well. Also, most running stores in my area carry it, so that would be a good place to look if you have one around you. It cost about $15 @ Sports Authority and I have seen it for as much as $25 in running stores.
