Comments:

Quite a wake up call! Besides all the kicking in the head and arms hitting me all over it was a great experience. I did a lot of training for this leg and I think it paid off. Cramps in both calves toward the end of the swim. Trouble getting out of the water.
What would you do differently?:

swim at a little faster clip.

Comments:

I was so out of it after the swim I put my running shoes on. Then realized what I had done and went to my bike shoes.

Event comments:

very very challenging race for such a short tri. They need better and more food for the end of the race. I loved the experience and I am now totaly addicted to this sport. By the way Marta is my wifes name.
