Subject: aero wheels / disc rules at races
what rules are there for nationals and ITU races for Aero Wheels? 

Can you have them?  Can they only be a certain depth?  are there USAT guildlines?

if someone could point me in the right direction that would help.

AFAIK, the only time USAT rules and ITU rules differ are for elite draft legal racing.
