BT,

I am trying to upload from my Garmin 310 XT new courses and other specs to my training log, but, is not working.

Can you explain me, if your website is ready to use Forerunner 301 XT Garmin?

Yes, we have a large number of members, including myself, who have been uploading from 310xt units.

Can you provide some more detail? What exactly happens when you attempt to upload a workout?

Communicator Plugin is properly installed.

Older plugin version detected. Download the latest version.

Ok, first click on the "Download the latest version" link to install the most recent version of Communicator.

Then:

Go to your training log
Click on the "Training" link for any day to add a training event.
Answer "yes" to the alert window asking if you want beginnertriathlete.com to access your Garmin unit.
Click on "Import From Garmin"
Click "Find Devices"

Post the results here. Your 310xt should be listed in the drop down box.

DEVICE NOT DETECTED...

When I plug, my device is just appearing Charging 61% now...must be 100% charged to detect it? I don't know which is the problem now.

My communicator is already updated.

When you go to the Garmin test page that indicates that the plugin is detected, does it also say
"your Garmin GPS device is detected and communicating properly" and then list the device?

If not, then Garmin Communicator is there, but not seeing the device. Have you paired the unit with your PC per the instructions that it came with?
