I am in Hendersonville as well. Here I am on Facebook and here is the FB page for the gym I work at, too. It's right across the street from ACME if anyone ever wants to play around with kettlebells with me!

Noob. Actually just starting on the Tri fix since 2 of the 3 are fairly easy on the knees ;-) I will work on the run after some of my mass becomes a lower factor. A sprint is my current goal, possibly my the end of summer, but we will see ;-)
