It look like we have enough interest for a group run on Sundays near Windsor: DaveH, Jeff, Overkll, Tim (and Robin?), Tabbs, and maybe Yorkee/Matt/Stef/Jenna would join us. Any suggestions for a location and time? Overkll suggested Ganatchio or Malden Park. I like trail running when possible - anyone know what the Greenway is like at it's start near Oldcastle? That would be a central location for those in Windsor and those in the county. Any preferences on time? I'm not an early morning person for weekends but I'll go with the flow.

I would like to be home by 10am, so start at 8:30 would work for me.

Yes, 8:00-8:30 AM is good for me as well. I imagine Tim and I may be able to car pool then as well.

Not sure what the Greenway is like on that side, it's been a while since I've run there, so hopefully someone else will know (or we could just give it a try). Perhaps we should just decide on this location for the next couple of weeks?

Malden also has the back south trails (Spring Garden I think?) that is mostly trail as well. I've walked through Ojibway, but don't know how conducive it would be to running.

Greenway is good @ highway 3 just East of walker there is a parking lot on North side of the road. I work Sunday but would be very interested in keeping up a good group run! Watchout for drunk Banana's along the trail :P

Tabbs, 11am comes before noon, not after.

Ever since i became a grandpa, i now wake up early....crazy, eh? I have plans in the afternoon, so i will be going at 8:30am. Maybe we need 2 groups....The early birds and The sleepy banana's.

When did that happen? You are not old enough to be a Grandpa...as much as I am not old enough to be the Father of an 18 year old girl!

Congrats by the way!

Grats Dr. T!

I think that I need to be in the sleepy banana group with Matt and Tabbs.

So that would put Tim and I on the Brightside ?

Sticking with Tim on the earlier run (since I know he has other commitments)... so thinking we may stay in the Ganatchio area then? Any other early morning Sunday runners?

When Tim isn't available, I'll go with the later run since I don't have any commitments otherwise.

I'm a brightside runner too! But since I haven't tied my laces in almost 11 weeks, I will want to put in some treadmill mileage before I tackle those Malden Park hills. Maybe in a week or two I will join you!
