I've been looking at the "Sports" button for workouts in the training logs and started logging my lunch hour power walks and yoga class.

I'm curious.  Those of you who log under Sports; which options are you most using?

Well, the last two days its been "snow shovelling'.  Definitely not a sport, but I just finished another round and will probably log a couple more sessions this week!

The logs are for the users.  I think if a user asks for a sport to be added, the moderators are pretty generous about adding their request to the list.  No matter how offbeat.  Perhaps someone wants to track the number of hours they spend with chiropractor?  Ditto for dog training...tracking that time to see how long it takes for their dog to master some skill down the road.  Who knows?  The logs are for all of us to use and/or ignore as we see fit.

I used to log walking but stopped for whatever reason.  Done some raquetball.  Played some dodgeball.

For me in the summer it's "walking" with my dog but I'm not too good about logging it. In the wnter it will be quite a lot of "skiing" and "cross-country skiing".

I've really only logged snow shoveling and skiing under sports... and I really only log it when I didn't get a S/B/R workout in that day because of the shoveling, skiing, etc. I use it only so I don't look SO lazy in my log.

Physical therapy. Keep track that I was doing my daily workouts previously for my knee/IT band.

yard work is always a good one to make my wife happy.

I've logged over 33 hours of mountain biking. If I had been training to hike in Colorado this year, there would also have been at least 50 hours of stair running.

I used to log home improvement but it skewed my graph too much, making my S/B/R look puny in comparison.  I log snowshoeing and hiking because they are in lieu of running.  To me, biking is biking so I log mtn biking, road biking and trainer riding  in the S/B/R section.

Yea.. I thought the same thing.  I count the trainer as a regular bike ride.  I think the trainer is harder anyway!
