Suggestions for exporting Training Peaks Plans to BT

My coach has my training plans on a TP account for me . . . any suggestions for the best way to transfer the plans to BT? I've tried creating a plan and then adding each day one at a time but my training log page doesn't seem to pick up the added days. Could just log the workouts but would like to transfer the plan to compare plan time to actual . . .
