Swim
Comments: good swim, felt great on the first lap especially since i was right behind a strong swimmer had him in front the entire first loop. came out at 15:40. then jumped in again and did 2nd loop but 3 people got in front of me. i was very happy with the 34 min. What would you do differently?: need to sign up for a masters swim class and work on form in the off-season. time to get my swim faster. Transition 1
Comments: we had strippers so that was awsome....i was out of the stuit in 10 seconds.... What would you do differently?: not much the run in t2 was very lenghty.... Bike
Comments: well with the tail wind i was breaking 30 mph into the wind i barely was hitting 15 mph. so it was rough comming back, the last 30 min i simply wanted to be off the bike. What would you do differently?: not much i paced and drank and had my nutrtion done well. Transition 2
Comments: this time i didn't loose the bike, yay....felt good in the transition, had to put on my socks for fear that would get too scraped up with socks for 13.1. What would you do differently?: no socks next time. Run
Comments: not sure what to say here. i ran the first loop at a 9 min pace and wanted to speed up at mile 7-8 my legs began to cramp and i had to walk. rather then to start going faster. it was very painful, had to walk sucked down gatorade and oranges to get some nutrition is. i thought myabe it was water related but i was quite good with it on the bike. What would you do differently?: if my legs didn't cramp up so bad that would have been a 2 hr or below time. run more.... Post race

went to bed at 8pm sharp. slept well tried not to stress out about anything. got up at 4:30, ate 2 bananas, cereal bar, cup of coffee, and went to transition.
go there at 5:20 everything was set up well, transition completely set up by 6:30
just stretching, didn't do much of any other kind of warmup
