Loaring Group Training Days are designed for athletes of all levels and abilities. The main purpose is to bring lots of positive energy into one room, take part in some excellent training and learning, and leave with a smile, some extra motivation, and a happy belly.
Workouts provided by LPC Head Coach James Loaring, and led by Registered Physiotherapist Charlotte Loaring. Audio-visual motivation via LCD HDTV, good tunes, and great company!

Sunday Nov 22 Timeline:
8:00am Doors open
(register and set-up begins
)
8:30am Bike
(indoors on trainer for up to 90 minutes
)
10:10am Run
(outside for up to 45 minutes
)
11:00am Core Exercises & Stretches
11:30am Potluck Brunch
(onsite at Loaring Physio
)
An onsite potluck brunch will follow the Training Day. If you wish to stay for after the Training Day to enjoy some great recovery food, then please bring a dish of your choice, and note that there is no oven onsite
(fridge & microwave only
).
Cost:
There is a small charge that will go towards covering the expense to run these group training sessions.
General public: $10 for the entire Training Day

Current Team LPC athlete: no charge
No need to RSVP. You may come and go as you wish. Workouts can and should be altered to accommodate current level of fitness and development.
