Subject: RE: Morning training vs evening training? If you want to lose weight it is quite good doing exersice in the morning as your metabolism will be high all day, i.e. burning the fat. Also it is a great energy boost to start the day. Personally I am not a fan of training in the afternoon, and I finish school at 3:40pm, after 5pm would be horrible. But it what ever works best for you, and your shedule. |
