[email protected] - 2009-11-13 2:41 PM Up at 3:30 and out  the door before 4AM on most days.  Have not started two a days yet  My plan M-F  will be to run or ride in AM and swim in PM.  My swim will always take place in PM M-F due to work schedule.

X2 right behind you!  Up at 3:45 and out the door by 4:15 am.  But I do two-a-days... swim/run in the mornings; bike/strength in the evenings.

If I had to pick, I'm definitely a morning person.  Working out after a long day at work is Frown.

If you want to lose weight it is quite good doing exersice in the morning as your metabolism will be high all day, i.e. burning the fat. Also it is a great energy boost to start the day. Personally I am not a fan of training in the afternoon, and I finish school at 3:40pm, after 5pm would be horrible.

But it what ever works best for you, and your shedule.
