Upgrading membership

I upgraded mine mid stream. email ron [email protected] ........he'll tell ya how to do it. Upgrading is a good choice.

Ohh this is the type of thread I was looking for.... can someone give me some insight on why you picked "gold" "silver" " bronze"?

What do you do with your membership level?

I chose bronze because I didn't feel like splurging for either of the shirts.. later on I found out (and some of these features may have been added/changed since i registered) that some of the training plans aren't available to certian levels of membership.

I'll be upgrading to gold when the time is right..
