Subject: RE: Tracking mileage on custom orthotics?UPDATE: I spent $58 to have the forefoot padding enhanced, as well as a support piece built into the space where the arch meets the toes (not sure how to describe that area other than forefoot ). Anyway, I absolutely am convinced that I'm running with 95% less pain because of the orthotics. I'm an ex-football player/weight lifter who gauged everything by the level of pain I was in. After years of foot issues I finally got orthotics and realized most of the pain in my feet I shouldn't have been feeling.....Dumb I know... SO, if anyone is questioning whether the cost of full custom orthotics is a good use of your money, I'll just say this, determine what level of pain you want to have and put a price on that..... |
