Comments: Started out fast (for me) at 8:15 for the 1st mile. the next 3 miles were probably around +10 minutes/mile. By mile 4 or 4.5 I was finally warmed up and started getting a good rhythm and kick. The last mile was under 10 minutes a miles - easy. I forgot to wear my Garmin so I'm only guessing. What would you do differently?: as always - find time to warm up properly and stretch. Post race
Warm down: nothing - I know. Bad. Event comments: Just something about this race makes me love it. Probably the fact that it contrasts what an individual would do on Thanksgiving - eat and sit around. It is just a terrific start to the day. Last updated: 2009-11-30 12:00 AM

nothing. I'm always late. Would be nice to be early and warm up for two miles.
