Here's a sample weekly email. Not sure if I'm supposed to post this here... but it's only a group so should be alright?
The long run I guess is anywhere from ~7-9 min/miles for 6-10miles... but really depends on who shows up. I'd prefer slower right now though! A lot of trails and some asphalt... through Malden/Springbank/Ojibway. Lunch afterward for those interested on Sat.

Another great hill workout starting at 5pm. Some that can't wait may show up at 4:30 pm to enjoy the hills and avoid the early darkness. After a nice warm up and a few rolling hills we will be doing hill repeats and a nice cooldowm.

Saturday Morning Run for those not attending the Run lIke the Dickens 5k or 10K in the US. We will be covering the trail up to 10 miles.
Join the group run at whatever pace you desire. Running with the pack will help you get through the cold, even when they split up.
