Subject: 2009 Kona on NBC
If anyone is interested, the 2009 Ford Ironman World Championship broadcast will air on NBC, Dec. 19, 2009, from 4:30 - 6 PM ET (check local listings).  This was posted on the Ironman website.

4:30am-6pm right?? ... becuase if they shorten that race to and hour and a half with commercials i will be one upset triathlete.
