Comments: Warm humid day but overcast so not too hot. Legs felt pretty good. No shin pain. Minor discomfort inside of ankles and left knee but did not affect run too much. Walked for about 1 minute at most water stations. What would you do differently?: Endurolytes morning of the race. More carbo loading 3 days prior. Post race
Warm down: Light stretching. Gatoride & red beans/rice. Recovery drink once home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Legs not 100%. Not enough carbo loading. Warm/humid. Last updated: 2005-03-26 12:00 AM
