Run
Comments: packed in at start but that was fine, no real ambitious plans for this race, just kind of a "go out and do it and what happens happens" kind of thingy. Told lisa (irunfit) that i would be happy running 6 min pace (18:30) so to come in at 17:50 was pretty cool. first mile was 5:18 (think the mile was short) second mile was 6:00 and the third (including the .1) was 6:31. was a nice run and the shwag included a free bottle of champagne (i opted for the non-alcoholic of course!)......... What would you do differently?: if it was a serious event for me i wouldnt do hard workouts 2 and 3 days prior and rest up some, but otherwise i wouldnt do anything different. it is what it is! Post race
Warm down: back out on the course to cheer in fellow donkai (irunfit, nashers, tall tridad and trizimmerman) also friends that were there too. What limited your ability to perform faster: nadda Event comments: good shwag. event is getting bigger and bigger every year.......... Last updated: 2009-12-31 12:00 AM
