Being from Vancouver and looking forward to purchasing a new tri bike soon,I'm looking for some other alternatives to what the local shops have to offer. Talk to me Victoria!

I second that.  Both of those shops are great. 

I would avoid Oak Bay Bikes personally.  I have had nothing but the worst experiences at that shop.  I always feel like the staff thinks they are doing you a favor by selling something to you.

I actually find the opposite, Oak Bay Bikes for me is the best store in Victoria, next up would be the Trek Store. Fort Street always seems to try and upsell you and they are never really concerned with my needs as an athlete. Just my 2 cents.

Mike at Russ Hayes!!! He knows his stuff, doesn't try to upsell on crazy stuff. Very impressed with his excitement and support.
