Got up, drank a gatorade, ate a banana
Event warmup:

Didnt get to warmup b/c bad organization. Had to get lined up and wasnt even sure race was going to continue because of the weather

Felt really good on the bike, we didnt have split times but from my bike comp i average around 18 mph...LOVE MY got a little dirty but i went well

Very good run, had some cramps early on but felt very strong in the run and made up some serious time

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Rain, long pool, TI ( I have to get tri shorts)

Event comments:

Not very well split times..not enough volunteers or water stations

However i love racing and competing in the race was awesome. Felt good about shaving 10 min off of my time.
