Coming in for work next Wed night (downtown) -- hoping to find a place to run & swim on Friday morning. Any suggestions? Masters programs seem to be only at night -- any tri club workouts in the am?

My Master's team practices Friday morning at 5:45 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. We love guests!
The practice is slightly north and east of downtown. Will you have a car? Hypothetically I could pick you up, but only if you want to come to Boot Camp at the Y with me afterward from 7-8.
Gail and I have been PMing and she is going to swim with the Sharks when she's in Columbus. The following week I'm going to Pasadena and she's going to pick me up and take me to swim where she swims: an outdoor, 50m pool that is gorgeous! And Jason Lezak is a member of the team! (Though he doesn't swim there much.)
This is BT at its very best! I am still grateful to the Boston BT gang who recommended the MIT masters when I was there; I am sure that the Columbus Sharks will be as much fun!
I hope Alice sees some fun people at the Rose Bowl when she is here -- we have some pro triathletes and swimmers who drop by sometimes ... and there's a lot to be said for swimming outside in February. Watch for us on the webcam at www.rosebowlaquatics.com!
